Cancellations
Should you need to alter appointment times we would appreciated as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations ( less than 24 hours ) if we are unable to utilize the time. Failed appointment will incur the cost of £35 per 30mins examination slot and £70 per treatment slot booking.
Payment
When booking an appointment, we will be taking partial payment upfront to secure the appointment. This payment will then go towards the cost of your planned appointment.

With the additional benefit of a further 10% discount on oral hygiene products, our dental plans are the simplest way to pay for your preventative care programme and come with peace of mind intact.
